WHY DO I BELIEVE IN THIS PROGRAM?

I have gone through the program myself at the start of the Corona pandemic. The impact of the program on me: 

 

  • It brought me stability and resourcefulness during Corona while moving in and out of Tanzania and being uncertain when my husband and we as a family would return and be reunited. 

  • It helped me to stay connected to my needs and desires and feeling empowered amidst uncertainty and constant change.

  • Strengthened my compassion and connection with my family even though we were staying in a bungalow together with two small kids running around. 

 

Not being limited by my inner critical voices but activating my passion and talents for women empowerment and putting this into action while expanding my impact by designing and successfully guiding three women coaching programs, co-creating a women impact summit, expanding my global community and working with new clients from different continents in 2020. 

 

And the beautiful thing is that as a certified coach I can offer this to you! I know now from experience, mental fitness is the X- factor to not only survive but thrive in these tumultuous times! If you are not physically fit, you’d feel physical stress as you climb a steep hill. If you’re not mentally fit, you’d feel mental stress such as frustration, anxiety, insecurity, unhappiness as you handle work and life’s challenges. I worked on my physical fitness in the past years but the emphasis on my mental fitness has made all the difference. Especially now in these unusual times, mental fitness is key!
